Forked Stick show 7 – Medicine

March Moon of the Hare & Crow, hosts Jeff & John-Luke open an exploration of ‘Medicine’ from a non clinical perspective and with their guests try to discover the meaning and presence of medicine from a shamanic perspective.

Is ‘medicine’ a cure, a healing, something that happens or something that is?

With our guests we explore from 3 different perspectives.

Our guests are;

Kathleen Murray who is a guardian of Crystal Skulls and channel for the Council of Lemurian Elders. She runs The Academy of Crystal and Natural Healing in Rhynie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

Kathleen has always been a seeker, a musician, an artist and journeyer. She is a clairaudient, clairvoyant and clairsentient to a degree when her first crystal skull came into my life in 1996.

Kathleen along with Marie-Dominique Chemin will be presenting at the Tree & Star Conference in May 2015

For more information on Kathleen visit and

Monique Wilson who is a Traditional Healer and Shamanic Practitioner; she integrates Divination, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, Reiki & various forms of Energy Healing into my work, and is trained in Bereavement Support, volunteering in Hospice care.  She works with Traditional, and non-Traditional Teachers and Elders and has been blessed to sit with the Elders of the territory in which she works, being honored to care for an Elder of that Nation, and to have received many Teachings and instruction from him.  “Hych’qa~ I lift my hands to him, and to the Ancient Ones that call us here, to this Sacred Place, to do this Good Work.”. She is passionate about the Earth, all of Her beautiful children, and about humans too.  She lives a life filled with gratitude, joy, pain, love, darkness, laughter, tears and fulfillment embracing it all. Her Ancestors are Irish, French, Haudenosaunee (Iroquois/Mohawk) and Cree, and she has a strong connection to them, and is blessed to be able to integrate their Knowledge and Teachings into her healing practice.  For more information visit

Thilo Merhoff is a resident of Vancouver B.C. and has been facilitating Transformational Breathing and walking his path for many years.  His passion is healing through music and ceremony. He bears a strong connection to the land and his ancestors with a strong focus on First Nations beliefs and customs.  The greatest lesson, Thilo has learned, is how you breathe is how you live your life.  With Tim Steinruck “I am The medicine” opens us to the possibility that ‘medicine’ lies within each of us.

The Song of Amergin is from Immortal Memory, which is a collaboration between vocalist Lisa Gerrard and Irish composer Patrick Cassidy. Billed as a cycle of life and death and rebirth, and is available from Itunes at
